In Infants a ½p wafer, 2 marshmallows and a packet of puffs.

Sometimes I'd have a Tip Top orange squash.

In Juniors a bar of Old Jamaica or a quarter of something.

Did he? Do you know what is the origin of it. I don’t recall ever having come across this term.
