Never put sauce on bacon, it ruins the flavour. If it's an egg and bacon one, that's different, and it HAS to be HP or Daddies if you can get it.

In our local garden centre (honestly!) they sell a rather trendy 'Bacon Butty Sauce' which absolutely hits the spot. Not cheap though, but Perky had to take not one but TWO bottle back for her son last weekend!!

Bet there's none left when I'm over hers tonight...

Daddy's brown sauce on mine.

Tho i also like to char grill the bread spread on some mayo, add bacon,lettuce tomatoes and sliced avocado.
