I don't know my personality type and I think it's probably best that I don't.

Is "awesome" a personality type?

I love MBTI. Horoscopes for smart(ish) people.

I'm INTP. Reserved and aloof on the outside with a passion for thinking and theorising.

Horoscopes marketed at people in control of departmental budgets. Scam. Disregard and avoid.

Is it in the form of questionnaires?

It's a means for people to label others IMO. Not a fan. Should be encouraging people to understand themselves Not to be used as an excuse or a way to limit people

doesn't that depend on how the answers to the questions are interpreted and the biases and prejudices of the person doing the interpretation? I'm also aware that if I'm answering a questionnaire I answer according to how I want to be perceived (or how I want to perceive myself) rather than truthfully.

"...its not about labeling ppl ..."

Tell that to the various HR departments that hire people based on whether a person's MBTI profile indicates that they'd be a good fit for the company.
