The fact I've probably eaten about a third of the chicken while carving it. The pressure of delivering good roasties every time. Getting used to all the timings when I do them (I don't often cook them as I live alone) |

Siting trying to pretend your not sleepy and you stay home on the Saturday night like a good nun
Whare in reality you were out all night give it up to god knows who just got home in time to wash your self and make Sunday dinner   |

Roastie pressure is real.
I had some of the best roasties last weekend at a pub Sunday lunch.
My dad would rate a Sunday lunch based on the roasties alone. |

I love cooking a roast, once you've done them enough times it's quite a leisurely affair, and they're a great sit down with family and/or friends meal. The washing up is the worst bit, but I don't do that if I've cooked. There is that dash to plate up everything, can get a bit chaotic, but I love em |
