You can, but because of Newtons third law, "when two bodies interact, they apply forces to one another that are equal in magnitude and opposite in direction", you would need to be strapped together.
The Moon would be good, but still a little low on the gravity, but Mars, now Mars would be perfect at 1/3 Earth gravity.

Assuming you mean straightforward fucking, yes, as long as you keep a hold of each other. The technique is a bit different and you have to move slower and more carefully, but sex if perfectly possible. Oral is easier of course because it doesn't involve the same forces.
Just one thing - any free cum will end up floating around in droplets, so make sure to capture it all! |
