There's plainly something in the Welsh water, which produces fantastic looking ladies.
There's four on the forum, all on my hotlist, that are sublime (Missdreavus, honey38, _a luna and _issyeuxbleus).

The South Waleians are easier to get too thanks to the M4 
There does seem to be fewer North Waleians than I would have thought

Have you tested the water ??? It’s definitely by far the best tasting water in the U.K.!!!
100% agree it does something to the Welsh ladies - for they too are absolute hotness. It probably cleanses and nourishes the beauty from inside
