Just had two police officers knock on my door and my initial thoughts were 'omg what the fuck have i done'

Im a law abiding citizen, yet i still thought 'oh shit' kinda thing..

Anyone else tend to think of a worst case senario?

When i hear of deaths of troops overseas. My stomach churns..hoping its not a loved one.

Yeah thats another one i always dread.. sadly it became reality when i did lose a very close friend 3 years ago

Ha! I always do that! I'm aalways like what did i do and when did this happen and why can't i remember!?! lol!

Not in the case of visits from the police. I had 2 last year, both matters relating to my then (arsehole) landlord. On opening the door to find members of the constabulary I am curious but never worried. I have no reason to be worried.

Sometimes I'll think the worst, or "catastrophise".

At the moment post with certain return addresses or postmarks is liable to have me freaking out before I've even opened it, (usually groundlessly).

At one time, a call on my 'phone from a withheld number would automatically make me think the worst.

reminds of the time i got searched by a very tasty young lady customs officer at bangkok airport, she picked me out and started feeling me up, i didnt quite understand what was going on but she let me out of the country in the end
