Under the Duvet

My toaster blew up this morning.

It saw me through lock down and beyond but now has given up the ghost (or should that be toast).

My crumpets are at half mast as a mark of respect

I’ve recently bought a Smeg toaster. Not only is it pretty but it makes lovely toast and crumpets

Get a proper Dualit one. Even if they break they can be fixed

Sorry for your loss

Talkie's the name, toasting's the game. Anyone like any toast?

I totally understand your loss. My life just wouldn’t be the same without a bit of crumpet now and then!

Our household use to get through a toaster a year before paying a bit more for a Dualit which has served us ever since - 15 years maybe. No comparison in quality and durability.

Don't replace it with a talkie toaster
