It’s a controversial word
My example off it
It’s ok for me to call my self that before during the act or after the act
It’s ok for a guy to call me that if I am they fb or fbw or we been meeting regular
During the act or after the act never before
It’s not ok for random one night stands to call me it
It’s not ok for randoms who I have never meet to call me that
It’s not ok to call me it in public or in less I have give the go head is in clubs or something off a similar setting
It’s not ok to talk about me being one to your friends or in less I have give the go head first |

My two cents for what it's worth.
Traditionally men having many sexual partners if often viewed on as a positive
But for women having many sexual partners is often viewed as a negative.
Slut is commonly used to demean or insult someone, hence the reason it is not used to for men.

It's because before the last century the word was associated with women and those who were untidy and lazy, slovenly.
The meaning had changed but the association with gender had remained.

A fella I used to work with . He met a so called local slut at the boozer. Ended up taking her home..
Started to finger her loads. Then felt something very squidgy soft n gooey. He prised it out. It was a used " condom still full with cum" maybe from a couple hours ago. Or the night before!
