BMW 3 sries automatic, Never been that big a fan of BMW but this car was lovely to drive, but was to exspensive on fuel so it had to go  got an 06 focus diesel now it just feels so cheap after the beamer will get another one when i win the lotto lol |

H Reg Mazda 323f with pop up lights, guy that bought it will have smashed the clutch to pieces the way he drove it
H reg vauxhall cavalier which had tinted windows, do miss that

1989 Left-hand drive Audi S2 coupe. Looked the dogs danglies, very rare, and went like shit off a hot shiny shovel (143mph according to the on-board computer!!!) and the best bit was.... it was a company car and didn't cost me a penny!!!!!

Yup Golf GTi for me too - got it with 52 miles on the clock and it was just such a cracking car.
And then the Peugeot 406 coupe which I loved and would have kept for much longer had someone not totalled it for me. Not a happy bunny at all about that.

Had a 406 Coupe as a hire car for a couple of weeks in Nice a few years ago. Version only available in La France with 200bhp diesel under the bonnet. Nice car. Always thought they looked like a Ferrari 308 in some ways.

It was lovely and great to drive. They really do stick to the road like shit to a blanket (blame dad for that expression lol)
It was a company car but they had a buying policy as opposed to leasing.
I saw my arse when it arrived cos I was always told we had to have 4/5 door cars only.
So when some new guy rocked up in that, I was less than happy cos I'd just had a nice (but boring) Volvo S40.
Anyway, he got flirted after about 3 months so I was in the bosses office straight away asking for a car swap - and it worked
I'd had it about 2 years and then they transferred over to me when they changed the car policy and started to give us car allowances instead.
I'd had it a fortnight and bang, hit from behind at about 40/50mph, it was no more |

My cherry red MG roadster, chrome spoke wheels and bumpers, white canvas roof, full tonneau, worth quite a bit now, and I still hanker for another one. I only sold it because my { EX } husband moaned that it hurt his back to get into. Should have got rid of him sooner and kept the car..oh if only !!  |

I had a 1968 Ford Mexico in fords version of British Racing Green, bought it on the Friday (in 1975), took K out for our 1st date on the Saturday, had to get rid of it after 3 months cos I couldn't afford the insurance but K and I are still together all these years later When I bought it though for some reason which I never found out it didn't have a front passenger seat |

Mine was a Riley 1 1/2 lite drop head coupe, leather seats, twin overhead cam, registration FVM 227, named Belinda. Bought it from a Russian for £70 in 1960 in Barrow in Furness. Still have a picture of it. Sadly had to go for scrap some years later for 30 shillings. Very sad. |

The road car was a 2.2 (well, 2172 if you want to be pikkie) but 'works' versions could have anything under the bonnet.

Got to say that our Range Rover was a fantastic car, but being petrol and a V8 at that running costs were more than a little high, but for a car that does whatever you ask of it, it can't be beaten |
