I hate Sky but can’t stand waiting for the highlights so use my brothers Sky Go login and watch it live haha Tbh didn’t like Ben Edwards much either so not surprised if this new guy isn’t any better! |

I just found him a bit monotonous, do like Crofty on Sky though, him and Martin Brundle make a good team. Shame it’s not on terrestrial much anymore, always really liked DC! |

Need to watch C4 now to see how bad he is haha Hate that Sky just ripped the rights away and have totally monopolised coverage but unfortunately seems to be the way of the world now! Ah well, as long as Lewis wins number 8  |

It was the same with the football but been that way since 1992 so unfortunately it’ll be here to stay now. No sport is safe  |

Alex Jacques is the new lead comms. Not heard how good/bad he is as not a big F1 fan, more bikes.
Commentators, especially motorsport seem divisive, have seen many for and against the various lead or co-comms on F1, MotoGP and superbikes over the years. Never going to please everyone. |

Surprised that its Alex Jacques on C4 as he does a lot on sky with GP2 and 3 as well as the virtual stuff. May have been that his contract was with F1 not Sky. |

The downside of some one like Alex Jacques is no actually racing experience. Ben Edwards was an ex driver so knows how to drive.
I think Billy Monger is too inexperienced as well to be commentating on F1.
I am sure there are good ex F1 drivers who could do a better job. |

Billie has improved a little this year. I'd take him over the new guy. DC and Webber do fine in the commentry box too xx |

I was impressed by AlphaTauri on the softs in qualifying. Shame that on the mediums their pace wasn’t there. |

I think Max V has a great chance from P1 as long as the car has race pace. I hope we have a true competition this year. |
