What's small though ? What's big ? The old chestnut 'it's not the size of it but what you do with it that counts' & its more about the person attached.
If the average is about 5 & half inches a lot of people would still consider that small. Where as say 8 inches is big.
My (S) size is 7 inches - is that small ? So what would be say 4 inches ? micro. I guess its all taste preference & perception.
I thought the cork or bottle stopper was funny 
Maybe a small penis would be useful on the end of a fishing line ?

All this 'its not the size but what you do with it' malarky makes me smile. What exactly are these people doing so differently, other than pushing it in and out.
Now I'm not a size queen but a small penis isn't as satisfying as the feeling of being filled and that little gasp as a guy pushes in and the slight feeling of being stretched. Not painly stretched, but you at least want to feel it sliding it deliciously.
