One week post op....

Been home a week after my ACDF op n actually feel loads better than I thought I would

Hard not being able to do anything round the house, but my son is being very helpful, bless him.

Anterior cervical discectomy and fusion. I had 2 vertebrae removed..

Well done. Read your post before you went in, glad you're doing ok
