I am good working in tight spaces, very flexible, can multitask and juggle lots of balls, happy to compromise my position to achieve the best result, see things from other peoples position even the unconventional ones, willing to change my view when required along with my position in order to satisfy the clients needs. I have good timing and can identify when the pace slows and intervene, happy to give team members their head and only step in to stimuate activity. I tend to lead but say little and only open my mouth when the situation becomes hard and delivery of end product is required. |
