Ok folks straight to the point....play meet Saturday ( bukkake type meet )...two are defo attending what I wanted to ask how much longer should we Waite for the remainder to get bk to us...seeing as it's mid week with little word back we thinking no word back by tomorrow then good luck to em..thanks Mr S. |

Force them to make up their mind.
Message them and tell them if they're not back to you by 6 o'clock this evening then you will look for someone else.
Even if they get back to you tomorrow tell them it's too late and they will not be considered again.
Might sound a bit harsh but time wasters need to be put in their place. Zero tolerance.
I understand that there are times when things just happen and commitments need to be broken but to not get back to you just reeks of uncertainty and probably wouldn't show up anyway. |

I would say it's too late for those that haven't gotten back to you at this stage. You need to give those that you are going to invite in their place a chance to make their attendance as they might need the couple of days notice. |
