According to the people in the medical world that know about this , it's actually safer to swollow it as soon as it enters your troath than keep it in your mouth and then spit it out....something to do with getting it caught up in your teeth and gums especially if your gums have a tendency to bleed. So no more spitting girls take your medicine properly. |

It's amazing how diet and especially smoking and Guinness drinking can strongly affect the taste. 
But if you smoke enough and get totally bladdered on Guinness you won't notice |
