In order to fully document and record all Leitrim Swinging Activities for 2016 for future generations an Extended AGM is organized for Wed 28th Dec. commencing @20:00hrs

This will involve the use of a Fully Decorated Phonebox at same location, which will accommodate everyone, and will feature
Luxurious heating System (2 hot water bottles)
Buffet Table ( Sandwich, 2 Mince Pies)
Wrap Around ambient Lighting System (Battery Operated Xmas Lights)
Refreshment (Lilt)
Sound System (Handset)
Passing of Motions.

Special NEW Attraction: Traffic Lights viewing area.
Raffle Prizes.. A Raft, Licorice AllSorts, and a CurlyWurly!!

It is estimated that this extended AGM might not conclude until 20:04hrs!
Hopefully it will be as well attended as last year!

Might I request a change of venue to a boat shed near the docks? This way the wind chimes could add musical ambiance to the proceedings. Also with more males responding (attending) we will need more floor space for the mingling session. |

It was after a lot of research that it was found that a phonebox would be most suitable venue to fit everyone! |
