....women (some, I hasten to add) go a bit loony tunes if you mention that your're passing through a certain town or staying away in a hotel for the night?

This is obviously a precursor to me saying that I'm in Cork on Wednesday night for work on Thursday.

Not that I'm wanting to take anyones clothes off or have my clothes taken off, for that matter. But a chai latte or a frappuccino wouldn't go astray for half an hour.

Maybe this will be construed as a look at me thread, anyway answers on a postcard please.

I don't know, it just annoys me when I get messages like "I'm in town tonight" or "Alone in hotel tonight" from complete randomers

Several thoughts come to my mind (whether they are true or not!)

A meet fell through and he's looking for a quick replacement

He didn't make an effort to get to know me before and only contacts me when he wants to meet NOW. So it feels all rushed and I like to be treated a bit more special

He's probably attached as he's in a rush

They're obviously all assumptions about a person I don't know. Also, if possible I like to have regular play partners so someone just visiting wouldn't fall into that category

There you go - I don't go mad when I get a request like this but I quite likely will roll my eyes at it

If I had chatted to him before because he said he's regularly in Dublin, then sure I'd meet him for a drink!

"Valid point there Sweet. I shall refrain from emailing all of Cork so!"

Well I do know I'm always right....

Just read their profile and I think you usually get a good idea if this would be interesting for her. It's only coffee at the end of the day
