Just wondering if there is a market over here for porn and would you seriously be genuinely interested in forcing the issue of breaking into such an establishment ?

The internet has killed the porn industry (according to some tv show I watched) so I can't see it doing much. You might be able to flog such a show to a web porn site, but with so much available free these days I doubt you would even recoup the ocst of making it. having said that I'm sure it would be a bit of fun to do anyway  |

Just a pity people cannot see how weird it is that violence on screen is completely accepted, but watching people getting aroused and enjoying themselves is just not on lol. |

I doubt there'd be a big enough market for it.
But the likes of a members only "local communiy" porn site could do well I think, if you got enough Irish and northern Irish ones to start having fun and making their own porn together. |

I seem to remember a well known Irish hurler (can't remember what county) got involved in a porn movie in the last cpl of years and sure before he knew it, it was plastered all over the front pages of the 'very well editorialised' Wunday Sorld.....he never got picked for his county again although I hear he's a big hit with the gals now.... |

There is a market everywhere for porn tbh, but in Ireland, well NI there is legislation that goes against shooting porn etc . Although there is a niech which people want and that's amateur and local porn . I guess people get off over the accent, although best way to break into porn is to get a girl also lookin into the industry and make a show, or pay models for a show reel . Send it to the companies and hopeful get word back . Or you can apply for fan fucks of your favorite pornstar or do a casting couch . But youll have to go across the water for that . good point. I was in contact with pumpkin films ltd, they do English pornos, they said it would interest them to have Irish porn but they won't fund finding girls to do it. Basically telling us to find the girls make demos and send them for review, but I'm sure there is a better safer way |

they are a real company. I've done some slight background checks on them . They own a number of real porn sites. I guess they feel they have tried to get Irish porn going but as you say, are we too pessimistic about it all.
I think a ground up operation would be better for Ireland, maybe we won't be afraid of getting screwed. No pun intended |

Yeah pumpkin is a major UK porn company, but if you wana shoot a porno you gotta pay for the model, crew,equipment and studeo.it's mainly for producers etc to shoot,or you can pay yourself for a showreel . It's expensive if you are to fund yourself and set up a showreel . |
