I'd say kildare by percentage of population with a fab profile.
Including fab and non-fab though it has to be somewhere like Tipperary or Limerick. From people who know people you'd swear that every third house of the rural Midlands and west has a swinging couple in it and that they don't need fab because they all know each other.
Now I'm a city boy originally so can't verify this but I've seen some evidence at least  |
