The biggest surprise for me in Line of Duty is that they didn't leave DC Arnott (Martin Compston) with his own broad Scottish accent. I think his plus Hastings accent and the rest of English accents would have been a great mix  |

I genuinely thought he was English until I heard him at Soccer aid. Terrific accent! A bit like David Tennant for Doctor Who.
Changed his accent only to allow Capaldi’s Scottish accent! |

Yes I think that’s significant but when Steve was describing the situation to Hastings at the end of the episode, he said “He’s detailed over the page”. So I think it has to be a man, known to AC-12, who isn’t an officer. So I think it’s Tommy because they’re both Scottish. Or, it could be.....James Lakewell.
You should listen to the podcast; Shrine of Duty. It’s hilarious. Comes out every Wednesday. I must listen to today’s one.

Yeah, I thought from episode one that she must be related to him. And then when they said last week that there was a relative, I nearly lost my mind! But I feel like it’s probably a bit obvious to be him. But you never know.
I definitely feel like Corbett’s wife is more involved in the story than it appears. If HMRC are after her, it can’t be because of the money Hastings gave her at the end of season 5, because she obviously hasn’t spent it. And she said she’s bought a stake in a hairdresser so I think that could be part of Jackie Laverty’s money laundering hair dresser ring in season one, which was used by the OCG.

It's a great show but I think they should end it this season before it gets stale... some of the links are already getting tenuous just to tie it together.
And they have made Kate act quite senseless for the sake of plot this season |

I'm thinking Ryan shoots Kate and Jo shoots Ryan,hence the two shots! Jo then makes out she was following Ryan because she had suspicions that him and Kate were bent!!! And we all know there's nothing worse than a bent copper,fella!

Also Dailymotion.com has all series and episodes that you can cast to a smart tv as you watch it |
