Site upgrade not working

I tried to update today by text only I didn't have enough credit (I forgot to make sure there was enough credit for the text too) I topped up £25 and called the telephone number. The operator gave me a ten second notification for the pin and as she was saying the website name, (presumably just before I would have got my pin) the call dropped. I had plenty of money in my phone for the call and charges. Ive sent an email to the link provided and have received no reply. Anyone have a similar experience? |

I have suspicions the text-method has been disabled....several having problems.
The phone call worked ok for me though. |
