"From your roving reporter/sex tourist on his way back from a first time visit to Cap d'agde. 5 days of getting up mid afternoon and getting quite a lot of sex.
The first tip is make sure you stay in the village, it's absolutely essential that you get accommodation in the village to enjoy the full Cap experience rather than going for cheaper accommodation outside. It is costly, but the apartments are generally of a really good standard. My little place in Port Vénus cost just over a grand for the 5 days but it was really modern and has everything you would need. You could of course bring a tent and stay on the campsite if you like that kind of thing, but I don't really do camping at my age especially having to make sure I'm pissing out of the tent and not in it when I get up for a piss in the night. I also could have probably gone completely self catered which would have saved some money, but I'll get onto why you should go to a restaurant in the evening later.
Cap d'agde Village Naturiste on first impressions is all about couples meeting couples. Don't get drawn in by the bullshit on here about joining a WhatsApp group to find out where the best parties are etc, that is all for couples only, you won't get an invite to the group or the parties. That said, the hot wife scene, cuckold scene and sub slut dynamic is alive and well here and there are plenty of couples of all nationalities that are going to be looking for extra cock, you've just got to hunt them down before they get mobbed by a whole crowd of other single guys. There are also very few single women in Cap, unlike Gran Canaria where I went last year, but more on that story later. There also seems to be fewer fab users here which has made it harder just to find a few people to chat to and hang out with. In Gran Canaria I was on my own for all of about 10 minutes before I got chatting to a couple of ladies who were on the 'who's near' on fab. Here there doesn't seem to be many people who stay logged into fab that you can message, and all those who are seem to have the 'not looking for single guys' block active.
When I arrived I got my kit off and immediately went for a stroll to the swingers beach. From the beach front of the village you turn left and walk for about half a mile past the family area until you are just beyond the Paralia beach club. Remember that it's a proper naturist resort so there are a lot of families here during the day. Don't wear clothes on the beach or start wanking in the family area or they'll think you're some kind of nonce. You can't miss the swingers beach, it's the busiest part and there is usually quite a bit of action goes on here, just look for the large groups of the international wanking dead (yes it's not just a UK phenomenon). They tend to crowd round couples who are playing in the sea creating an enormous blubbery shoal of naked men, a marine based sausage fest if you will.
Sit anywhere though and around you there are usually one or two couples fucking most of whom just want to be left alone to enjoy it but don't mind being watched. I honestly found the whole beach scene a bit off putting, I'm sure there is sex to be had but it's too hot and there is always going to be a massive crowd of men around you.
During the day you should just go everywhere naked, although there are always a few clothed people around it's better just to go with the flow even in the supermarket which I wasn't sure about at first as I didn't want to dangle anything in the fresh fruit and veg. But I soon got used to it and now I just need to remember to put pants on when I next go to Waitrose. Ironically for a nudist resort you will need some proper clothes, for the evening, that is when people dress up and guys won't get into the clubs without trousers, a shirt with a collar and shoes (not trainers)
The evening basically breaks down into 3 parts and you'll need to get used to the time shift as it's going to be a late night every night. So 9-11pm - dinner, people watching then 11 until after midnight - bar, chat flirt decide which club to go to. 1 am-ish until the wee small hours - club and sex unless you've already been invited back to someone's apartment or balcony for a sex party.
Go out to dinner about 9 or 10pm and just people watch, it's great and everybody is dressed or undressed to be watched. Some still dine naked, my particular favourite was a young French lady just wearing the rope that her master had tied round her tits and waist, but most women are dressed in the tiniest club wear sans knickers, fetish wear or swim wear or a combination of the above. My personal recommendations for dinner are Les Desushics, as I like sushi, but it's also at the main crossroads of walkways under the Port Nature apartments so there are always loads of people walking by. Le Baskin is another great little restaurant on the main thoroughfare to the beach front at the end of Port Nature. I've heard people say that Cap is expensive and perhaps I'm just immune to this whole cost of living crisis but I found eating out not unreasonable. I was paying about €35 for an evening meal including a couple of beers, main dishes being about €20, or a pizza €16-18. Draught beer is €4.50 in restaurants for 500ml and premium bottles usually €6 or €8 in the popular bars.
Once you move onto the bars, you will find that some of the popular ones claim to be for couples and women only. This is only partially true, Melrose Place for example says on it's website strictly couples and single women only, but I wafted in and out a few times without attracting any attention from the huge slab of meat who was meant to be guarding the door. I think they read the crowd and let a few guys in depending on numbers. I was stopped one night at La Casa next door which was one of my favourite bars, so I told the bouncer that I was literally in the bar the night before and he let me in which was surprising, normally you can't reason with bouncers.
My only advice in bars is be confident but not pushy, remember couples are there to meet couples most of them aren't looking for single guys except the ones that are.... Try a dance or just saying hello it kind of works! I don't speak French which can be a bit of an issue. The French being French are quite reluctant to speak English so I mostly ended up chatting to German, Dutch and Scandinavian couples. La Casa plays a good mix of modern dance tracks and Latin music I got dancing and flirting with a South African couple in there one night and we had some fun in a club later.
The other bar I really liked was Bodega in Port Anbonne, it attracts an older crowd 40+ and some maybe pushing 90+ but look past the OAP element and you'll find some very attractive hot wives, unless of course you're really into pulling someone who could easily be yer nan. Bodega was also great in terms of just being a good place to socialise and dance. I found a gorgeous French hot wife in there one night and despite the language barrier went back to her apartment where I spent the rest of the evening.
If you can work your magic in the bar, it's all good, but if you're still awake and horny after 1am fired up on a combination of beer, sushi, red bull, rum and viagra, then it's only right that you should give the clubs a go.
Based on the fab advice I only went to two clubs Tantra and Glamour there are a couple of other 'Libertine' (swingers) clubs but their Trip Advisor ratings aren't as good. Tantra is €60 to get in for a guy and this includes 2 drinks, or pick up a flyer earlier in the evening and you get 3 drinks (but it's still €60). Clubs are generally divided into couples play areas and mixed play areas. Tantra as previous reports have noted is quite single guy heavy, but if you like gangbangs or being either end of a spit roast (and who doesn't?) then it's a good night out. There is a dance floor downstairs with a couple of poles and a play area with beds surrounded by bars so people can watch without everyone piling in from all directions. There is also an upstairs patio area with some open play areas and this leads into to the couples only bar and play area. Generally a lot of action going on all over, there was a stunningly attractive woman pole dancing one evening which then turned into a fuckfest around the poles.
I ended up going to Tantra 3 times in five nights, but you should do Glamour once while you're here. It's probably only going to be once unless you can swallow the eye watering €110 entrance charge (including 2 drinks) for single guys more often than that. Glamour is where the beautiful people hang out, it's a big club and it was full when I was there. Nearly all the women are stunning here which both a blessing and a curse, a whole range of ages and nationalities, many are going to be well out of your league dear reader. There is a big dance area and sofas upstairs and play areas downstairs. The play areas are divided into couples (turn right) and threesomes? (turn left). However the threesome area is mostly inhabited by packs of roving men with their cocks out moving from room to room. Often one of the beautiful creatures from upstairs will wander into the threesome area with their partner get followed around and then dissappear back upstairs or into the couples area. More rarely they will stop and play with some cocks for a while causing the obvious scrum and overcrowding problems. I’ve been a few times as both a single guy and couple- both have their advantages.
My advice: Definitely go as a couple next time and do the foam party, Sauna club and Babylon pool party.
