Try some of the clubs, Club l'Osais (Cannes centre) Club AbsoSpa (Frejus) Club l'Absolut (Mougin)

All have single guy nights, gangbang parties, and many many other themed evenings.

The French are far more open and understanding to libertarians (French for Swingers) but they don't use Fabswingers.
