Don't have to login to view forums

Why do you not have to login to be able to view forums. And do folks understand there posts are viewable to the general public.

Seem like a risk organising meetups tell folks when your on holiday etc all open to the general public.

Many forums allow unregistered people to view it, it's a good thing for the site as when people search questions in Google it may bring fab up if the question has been asked here etc meaning more visitors to the site,more visitors can mean more members signing up. As for security, don't post up your details and you will be fine.
