The day has arrived for our workshop. Please see below some information for today.
- we recommend something cozy to wear, yoga pants and loose tops, nighty dresses etc for the initial part of the session, preferably light coloured to maintain an energy balance with the time of the day.
- would like to choose non aroma oil as the normal offering will be a tropical coconut base. (Both are organic and vegan oil so that’s not an issue)
- Although coconut oil is a great lube in itself, some might prefer water based lube for their private area, in which case they should bring.
The afternoon kicks off from 4pm.
There will be social time before dinner when our Guru will be doing his introductions.
If you want to drink please bring alcohol with you. I believe we will be going with the flow due to the Chef and Guru working together for the first time.
