What do you need first. !!! A farmer to take the bull by the horns. Who has a large level short grass field. with possible toilet and shower facilities. An out building that is fairly tidy. Just in case it is raining. Not a must. But very nice if they had access to a private beech.
A pub manager that has a field adjacent to the pub, with no neighbours that could be offended, if they saw a group of naked people playing rounders/ volleyball/ or badmington.
Let yourself be known farmers or pub owners or managers.  |

We are in the north east of scotland so even getting to the borders takes about 4 hrs. So if theres any plans to have them closer we would be interested. |

I think it could be a non starter straight away. As I don't think anyone will come forward to organize it on a national scale.
So firstly. I would recommend breaking it down into 6 or more regions.
S.W - S.E. - Wales - Midlands - N.E. - N.W. - Scotland.
Step 2
A person who is willing to come forward to represent that area. Be they male or female. Or part of a couple.
Step 3
Post a subject to this forum as below.

It may be worth having a look at campsites with rally fields for holding socials. We would definitely be intrested in trying to organize one.
