Avant Garde Blackpool

	I had booked into the Avant Garde for three nights as a single guy (part of a couple) and was made to feel very welcome indeed. The place is spotlessly clean and my "small double" room would have easily passed as a standard double room at other B&B's I have stayed in at Blackpool! Barb and Dave are lovely people, I was looking forward to club fun (karaoke and then exploring the playrooms!) on the Friday and Saturday nights, very much. Sadly, my trip was cut short due a personal/family problem, making for a very costly 1 night stay at £200, which was understandable as I had reserved for 3 nights and out of season, the room would have remained vacant/empty. However, the room was soon re-booked I understand. So my loss was someone else's (double) gain! My fault entirely, I know. I just wish I could have stayed for the three nights I paid for. Ho-hum. However, I fully the recommend the AG, lovely venue, great people. All the best guys. Date: 4 August 2023

	Stayed at Avant Garde through a recommendation from friends at a local club. Barb and Dave are excellent hosts, so welcoming and friendly, could not do enough for us to make our stay comfortable. Both had great recommendations for local clubs and great places to visit. Barb and Dave are excellent hosts, so welcoming and friendly, could not do enough for us to make our stay comfortable. Both had great recommendations for local clubs and great places to visit. Hotel is immaculate, playroom was very clean and well equipped, didn’t get time to play in them this time, but definitely will next time!

	As soon as you walk in the front door you are made to feel so welcome by this amazing couple. The hotel is immaculate in all aspects, they host so well. 	It was our 1st visit to this ideally located b and b and were impressed by the friendly welcome which was follwed by a helpful tour of its facilities including the playroom cleverly designed for some naughty fun. Our room was clean and well equipped and ideal for a stay in Blackpool and very reasonably priced. A great addition for the swinging community to enjoy. Date: 3 July 2023

	It was our first time starting at the Avant Grade hotel but from the moment we walked into the building we just new it wasn’t going to be the only time we would be staying. We were met by Dave and Barbara.. OMG we fell in love with them straight away.. so warm ,, you know nothing would be to much trouble for these two.. Truly beautiful people who have modelled their hotel on their personal… We all have been to the seedy hotels in Blackpool.. but this isn’t a bit like that. It’s simply gorgeous, clean, modern, light and bright.. I could go on and on and still not do the hotel or indeed D&B justice.. The only thing I would say is the price… they simply don’t charge enough for everything that comes with being a guest. From the amazing clean well laid out supper comfortable rooms. The breakfast. The relaxing bar that the D&B welcome you into and make you feel at home in.. and if thats not enough.. well when you have the area down in the basement. This is the play rooms.. and like all the other rooms in the hotel these rooms are just lovely.. clean and welcoming.. who needs to go anywhere else.. the Avant Grade Hotel has it all in shovel full’s. Dave Barbara thank you for putting a lot of class back into Blackpool.. We will be back as soon as we get our next free weekend. This is the play rooms.. and like all the other rooms in the hotel these rooms are just lovely.. clean and welcoming.. who needs to go anywhere else.. the Avant Grade Hotel has it all in shovel full’s.

The rooms are classy, comfortable and so clean. The bar area is the same welcoming and clean and very reasonable prices for all the branded drinks. The play area downstairs is immaculate and so we'll set out for ultimate fun. The breakfast which is left outside your door in the morning is outstanding.
